Set Up and Style
From $700
This package is an affordable option for couples who’ve planned it all but need a trusted hand to set up on the day to bring their vision to life.

Pre Wedding
Initial Planning Session (60 Minutes): review and refine your wedding runsheet.
Second Planning Session (60 Minutes): A final check of the runsheet and finer details.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to confirm bump-in/out schedules, timings, details, and setup requirements
Logistics Finalisation: Confirm decor setup and ceremony details.
Wedding Day
Arrival (4 hours of in-person support): We’ll be there to coordinate every step of your day.
Décor Setup: Supervise the setup of seating, place cards, and decor elements.
Ceremony Oversight: We’ll manage the ceremony timeline, liaise with the celebrant, musicians, and vendors, and ensure everything is timed perfectly.
Day of Coordination
From $1,200
Designed for those who’ve done the planning, but want professional oversight in the lead up and to be on site on the day to ensure it flows seamlessly.
